What is Club EDGE?
We believe that learning does not stop when the final school bell rings. Therefore, Littlejohn Community Center has implemented an after-school program that serves as a safe place for students to go, where they can engage in enriching activities and make connections with caring adults and teen volunteers. The program offers innovative, hands-on activities that reinforce and complement students' regular academic programs. Extended learning opportunities play a crucial role in promoting student success and involving the community in schools.
To fill in the gaps of learning by linking quality educational practices which support the school's learning goals to help all students experience success
To build a rich academic program that helps students meet state and local academic standards while promoting parent and family involvement
Improvement in academics, attendance, behavior, promotion rates, graduation rates, and college/career readiness
